Frontside Limited is an entirely privately owned company - established in Sofia in 2004.
Our main fields of operation are real estate investment, construction and property management.

Ever since the beginning we wanted to create buildings and  residential units which have an excellent quality finish and practical layouts. The different teams of architects and subcontractors that we work with are all well known figures in their own industry , specialists who have proven themselves throughout the years.

Both companies played an important role in the construction and legal processes related to our Bansko projects and their knowledge and skills are much appreciated by everyone who has worked with them in the past.

The option of changing the layout of the apartments, once you have made your choice is available to anyone who has bought a residential property from us. In terms of construction works and technical capabilities we can satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding clients. Many different additions or changes could be made to every apartment/house. Individual projects for the interior elements, kitchens and bathrooms could be prepared as long as we are notified on time and as long as the changes are technologically acceptable and within the engineering and building regulations that we must meet.

The team of interior designers will always help you make the right choice for your flat/house.When it comes to furnishing a property we can organise absolutely everything from the design to the delivery and assembly of the different units. Additional elements such as fireplaces, internal heating and security systems can also be supplied and installed.
